Westmorland - Hillside Subdivison
We successfully completed the last four stages of the Westmorland subdivision on behalf of our private developer. This included Stages 4, 5a, 5b, and 6, servicing over 90 residential sections.
Our scope of work covered all aspects of subdivision development, including road construction, right-of-ways, footpaths, vehicle crossings, and full service installations.
Hillside subdivisions present unique challenges, particularly with steep terrain and erosion control. Our experienced team tackled these complexities head-on, delivering a high-quality result on schedule.
Works Completed:
Siteworks: From initial site clearing to ground preparation, we’ve laid the groundwork for a quality subdivision.
Drainage: Comprehensive drainage systems were installed to ensure proper water management, protecting the development from long-term issues.
Installation of Services: Our team coordinated the installation of all necessary utilities, including water, sewer, power, and communications services.
Road Construction: We constructed the main access roads with durability in mind, ensuring smooth, long-lasting infrastructure.
Kerb and Channel: Both kerbing and channeling have been put in place to manage stormwater efficiently and keep the roads in top condition.
Vehicle Crossings & Footpaths: We’ve also completed the installation of vehicle crossings and footpaths to ensure easy access and safe walkways for residents.
Landscape Planting: We’ve added value with carefully planned landscape planting that complements the natural surroundings and enhances the overall aesthetic appeal.
Subcontractor Management: Throughout the project, we’ve managed a variety of specialised subcontractors, ensuring that each aspect of the development – from drainage to landscaping – is executed seamlessly.
